Then, an unexpected hero emerged: an experienced assistant from the team.  This assistant didn't propose any radical changes.

Instead, they recommended a single task management tool, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the team.

It was a suggestion that seemed almost too simple to be effective.

Fast forward two months, and the results were astounding.
